Global Booth Design

AHR is the largest HVACR trade show in North America and the flagship show each year for Copeland. It’s the design that inspires global booth design for the year. In 2026, there were over 425 booths that used this modular design system.

I designed the graphics for every facing of the booth and worked with the booth builders to define the layout of all of the modular units. I incorporated large thematic imagery, representing the markets Copeland products serve and carrying through a theme of green accents to hint to the tagline of “Engineered for Sustainability”. End caps tied in the year’s theme “Innovating for impact” where statistics and proof points were displayed.

As a focal point of the design was a greenery wall with a wooden Copeland logo, flanked by wood slats. Not only reinforcing sustainability in a tactical way, this area became the backdrop of interviews, press moments and piles of photo ops.

The meeting rooms used frosted glass highlighting Sensi, Vilter and the other Copeland brands.

The events team manager told me that she heard from the guests that this was the best booth at the show. This modular system has been used around the globe with similar success.
